CM3 is an OHS/WHS Contractor Prequalification system. CM3 was developed to ensure contractors engage in OHS/WHS systems and processes for working safely. This includes ensuring contractors have management systems in place and have the capability to undertake these projects.
ARM Contractor Compliance
ARM is an online Contractor Compliance Management System used to ensure registered contractors hold and maintain valid and current licences and insurances. ARM ensures these items remain current and collects and retains copies.
Queensland Government Building & Asset Services
The Pre-qualified Contractor (PQC) certification allows a contractor to undertake works for the Qld Government for Minor Works & Service Maintenance contracts.
QBCC
The QBCC (Formerly the QBSA) is the Regulatory Authority in Qld for the construction industry. They ensure that all persons and businesses undertaking building works are suitably licenced and that all works are completed to the Building Codes of Australia.
Master Painters Association
The Master Painters Association is the peak Industry Body for Painters and Decorators in Qld. The MPA Qld strives to encourage and recognise the highest standards of craftsmanship and ethical business practices. Leisuretex currently has a former MPA President within their management team.
Accommodation Managers Industry
The Preferred supplier certification is issued to contractors that service the Accommodation industry and meet certain guidelines in providing high levels of workmanship and business excellence.

To help reduce your exposure, all contractors must demonstrate compliance by registering their business in the Community Select system.
