Summary of works: External painting, basement works and basement painting.
Axis Apartments in Main Beach, a distinguished 28-storey residential tower mere steps from the ocean, underwent a meticulous renovation process facilitated by Leisuretex. Prioritizing areas with cracks around balustrade bases, render blowouts, and rust spots, the comprehensive scope of work included repainting the entire external and basement areas of the building.
The project involved repairing numerous concrete spalling areas, addressing over 180 rust spots through mechanical removal and repair, replacing any failed construction and expansion joints as part of the thorough pre-painting preparations. Despite the complexity of the task, the project was successfully completed within the estimated 18-week timeframe, much to the delight of the client. The external painting scope of works included: Exterior soffits and panels, main building walls and columns, off form concrete soffits and slab edges, downpipes and conduits, boundary walls, awnings and decorations, steel door frames and timber doors, plasterboard ceilings and walls.
A glowing testimonial from the body corporate highlighted their utmost satisfaction with the project, commending Leisuretex for a seamless journey from initial consultation to final handover.
