Tasked with washing down and thoroughly preparing the building before the external repaint, the team identified multiple rust spots, cracks, and calcium deposits during their inspection. This assessment was crucial in devising a project methodology aimed at delivering a top-quality finish.
Eclipse, a highly regarded residential apartment complex in Broadbeach, was the recent focus of a comprehensive repainting project carried out by Leisuretex. Leisuretex undertook all necessary remedial repairs, addressing spalling, and meticulously fixing cracks and rust spots to ensure that the building’s substrates were perfectly primed before applying the new paint. Given that Eclipse is a bustling residential complex, it was essential to deploy experienced painting teams that could respect guests’ needs by minimizing noise and disruption during the works. Additionally, strategically placed bollards and signage were utilized to guide and ensure the safety of guests and visitors navigating around the complex.
