Being a popular holiday resort on North Stradbroke Island it was important to consider the timing of works that would have the most minimal impact on guests and visitors, while also completing the scope of the works within a reasonable duration.
Scaffolding and a boom lift were used to access the wings and these were scheduled so that Leisuretex workers could paint section to section, moving forward with the project as swiftly as possible.
